This platform serves as a recruitment and training tool for our first wave of team members.

Why College Students?We're seeking college students in the Philippines, especially those studying Marketing, Business, and Social Media, to assist in launching and expanding our marketing campaign.

Our goals are twofold:

  • Empower Students – Provide real-world experience in marketing, business development, and digital media, helping students apply what they learn in the classroom to real projects.
  • Expand Our Reach – Leverage your creativity, energy, and campus networks to grow our mission and community.

All participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement for completing measurable marketing milestones.

Marketing Strategy

We're launching in Cebu, Philippines, with a plan to expand nationwide and eventually connect with international partners.

Focus Areas:

  • College Campuses
  • Partner with student leaders and influencers.
  • Collaborate with campus organizations for group activities.
  • Promote discussions around entrepreneurship, innovation, and social responsibility.
  • Social Media & Online Outreach
  • Join and engage in Facebook college groups across Cebu.
  • Subscribe to business-related websites and forums for exposure.
  • Build partnerships with U.S. college counterparts to promote our mission globally — "Digital Recycling business strategies for positive social impact."

Welcome Pack – Sales Team Guidelines

Your Mission:

  • Share the MR.D.I.Y. Blueprint with college students, blogger influencers, and local businesses.
  • Present new marketing ideas and strategies.

Weekly Assignment

  • Reach out to as many as you can to college students using the provided marketing materials.
  • Collect and submit email addresses and phone numbers of new signups.
  • Goal: Secure at least 100 interested signups per week.
