Misión Del Cargo

  • Convertir datos en información estratégica para la toma de decisiones, desarrollando reportes, tableros y análisis que optimicen la gestión comercial, operativa y financiera del negocio.

Funciones Específicas

  • Diseñar, automatizar y mantener dashboards de gestión para las diferentes áreas del negocio.
  • Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Integrar fuentes de información (SAP, CRM, ventas, producción) para generar reportes unificados.
  • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y gobernanza de los datos corporativos.
  • Generar insights y presentaciones ejecutivas para la toma de decisiones de dirección.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, de Sistemas, Estadística, Economía o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis de datos, BI o inteligencia comercial.
  • Dominio de herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker Studio).
  • Conocimiento de SQL y manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y orientación al detalle.
