Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day plant operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Oversee production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
  • Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, line operators, and QA personnel.
  • Implement and manage safety and hygiene standards appropriate for cosmetic manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership/plant management role—preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and FDA regulations specific to cosmetic products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
