Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, presentations, and interactive experiences—making sure concepts and designs stay up-to-date on the latest trends in multimedia design, technology, and the beauty and lifestyle industry.

  • Video and Audio Production:

Plan, film, edit, incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers, produce high-quality video content for various platforms—including product demos, BTS glimpses, tutorials, and promotional videos—while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.

  • Graphic Design:

Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, shopping platform banners, and email templates while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.

  • Photography and Editing:

Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials and online platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.

  • Content Management:

Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible.

  • Collaboration and Project Management:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand and manage multiple project requirements and deadlines. Ensure that multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Software Proficiency:

Maintain proficiency in relevant multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other related tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in multimedia design or related field
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro etc.
  • Has experience with video editing and motion graphics software
  • Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for design and a desire to create innovative and impactful work
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
  • Willing to work in Cavite
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
