Position Overview

As a Junior Multimedia Artist, you will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality visual content for various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating static graphics, motion graphics, and videos for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
• Support senior team members in developing visual concepts and executing multimedia projects.
• Edit and enhance multimedia content, including photos, videos, and audio.
• Collaborate with artists, writers, and developers to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
• Edit graphics and animations based on feedback from the Senior Multimedia Artists, Brand Manager, and Creative Director.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative visual styles and techniques.
• Manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Remain composed and professional when addressing constructive feedback or challenges during project execution.
• Participate in campaign shoots when needed, contributing technical expertise and creative input.
• Support live streamers with technical setup, content production, and troubleshooting during live events.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• 1-2 years of professional experience in multimedia design and production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
• Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation or motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to projects.
• Preferably residing in Bacoor, Cavite, and willing to work on-site at the office.

CONTENT CREATOR

Job description:

The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing high-performing video content tailored to a specific social media platform. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Execution- content curation, creation, edit, and publish engaging and on-brand content that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Trend Adaptation & Innovation. Identify and leverage on beauty trends, challenges, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Content Quality & Consistency – Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of creativity and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.
• Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content during campaign launches and sustaining campaigns.
• Assist in repurposing contents for other social media platforms as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing viral and engaging content.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a deep understanding of the industry and target audience.
• Strong video editing skills using social media native tools or external apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas that align with brand identity.
• Excellent on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of social media specific algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Experience working with influencers and collaborations is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
