Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
• Innovate and develop new recipes to enhance the bakery menu.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production.
• Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary school diploma or certification in Baking & Pastry (preferred, not mandatory).
