Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, understands baking techniques and ingredients, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

• Prepare and bake a variety of products such as breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure consistency and quality of products.
• Decorate and finish baked items attractively and creatively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area and adhere to food safety standards.
• Check ingredient quality, manage inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen or pastry team to develop new recipes and seasonal products.
• Ensure products are ready on time for display and customer service.
• Follow all company policies, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in Baking or Pastry Arts is a plus.
• Proven experience as a baker, pastry cook, or similar role (fresh graduates or trainees may be considered).
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment operation.
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baking.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Good physical stamina and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
