The AdHoc Base HR Recruiter provides flexible and on-demand recruitment support for non-US markets. The position is activated only when the client requires immediate hiring bandwidth. The recruiter manages sourcing, screening, and coordination for a wide range of roles, ensuring fast turnaround while maintaining strict compliance and data privacy standards.

Core Responsibilities

The recruiter manages full-cycle sourcing activities for assigned requisitions across corporate, technical, operational, and administrative roles. Market research is executed to identify candidate pools and develop targeted outreach strategies. The recruiter screens applicants through structured interviews and competency assessments to validate qualifications, behavioral fit, and alignment with the client's hiring criteria. Continuous coordination with hiring managers is required to maintain clarity of requirements and ensure efficient candidate flow.

Interview scheduling, candidate brief preparation, and timely updates to stakeholders are essential. The recruiter ensures that all recruitment activities remain compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act, GDPR, and any local labor regulations applicable to the hiring location. The role requires strong documentation discipline to maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. The recruiter must also respond quickly to shifting priorities and deliver results within accelerated timelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has solid experience in HR recruitment for non-US markets and is comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously. Strong communication skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to operate under pressure are essential. Familiarity with background verification workflows and data privacy compliance is an advantage.
