Sales and Profitability:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
  • Monitor sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize losses due to theft or damage.
  • Control expenses and operate within budget guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Train and coach employees on customer service best practices.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a customer-focused store environment.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Store Operations:
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Manage store maintenance and repairs.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals to employees.
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve their goals.
  • Create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Schedule employees effectively to meet business needs.
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Ensure that displays are well-maintained and reflect current promotions.
  • Monitor competitor displays and identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising.
  • Loss Prevention:
  • Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and shrinkage.
  • Train employees on loss prevention techniques.
  • Monitor store security systems and investigate any suspicious activity.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
