Successful candidate will perform a variety of general accounting and administrative duties including, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining effective management systems and processes on the assigned function which covers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Invoicing, and/or Financial Reporting
  • Timely and accurate generation and submission of internal and government statutory reports.
  • Preparation of relevant documents for BIR filings and assessments.
  • Retail concession expense and shipping cost tracking and analysis
  • Collaboration with Accounting Manager to resolve accounting-related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of a four-year course in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or financial reporting.
  • Those from manufacturing firms and/or companies with retail concessions will have an advantage
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with using SAP BUSINESS ONE or other accounting software will give the candidate a major advantage.
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • Team player, fast learner, analytical and goal-oriented
  • Highly motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in VALENZUELA CITY, Metro Manila
