About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Inc. in Pandacan, Manila City. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  5. Provide support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
  6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures
  7. Participate in the identification and resolution of accounting-related issues

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a small practice or bookkeeping environment
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations
