QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years SAP Sales Distribution / SAP Production Planning / SAP Finance Controlling / SAP BASIS functional consultant experience with minimum of 3 full cycle SAP Implementation
  • Integration experience with other SAP Modules and legacy systems
  • Familiarity on SAP SD / PP / FICO / BASIS organizational structure, document types, pricing, document completion, document output types and related master data
  • Familiarity in designing interfaces between SAP and 3rd Party systems
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC
  • Willing to report on-site most of the time

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitates the project implementation and Support of SAP Sales & Distribution / Finance & Controlling / Production Planning / Material Management module to enhance the business functionality and overall performance
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
  • Implements new or maintain existing business solution in SAP area based on user requirements analysis
  • Proposes, programs, or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP application according to the functional and technical requirements
  • Handles, analyzes and solves issue arises on SAP system according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Translate business process into SAP System process. The functional should be able to familiarize the organization unit in, performs configuration and do the unit testing
  • handles enhancements on SAP system
  • Writes functional specifications and interacting with ABAP development team to develop the enhancement required by the business
  • Tests all activity related to the task assigned
  • Provide estimated project mandays to SAP Service Delivery Head
  • Submits predefined template documentation to reviewed by the SAP Team Lead & SAP Technical Lead
  • Maps and makes GAP analysis to be reviewed and guided by the SAP Lead
  • Performs configuration
  • Performs unit and integration testing with other SAP Modules
  • Prepares Authorization Matrix, test scenarios, test scripts for testing the configured scenarios, master data template/s and end-user manual
  • Handles end-user training
  • Turn overs project documentations to SAP Support team
