Auto Electrical/Aircon Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The Auto Electrical / Aircon Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and air conditioning units in a wide range of vehicles, including light, heavy-duty, and mobile equipment. This role requires technical expertise in automotive electrical systems, climate control systems, diagnostics tools, and wiring diagrams.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair electrical and air conditioning systems in a variety of vehicles
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on vehicle electrical components, including batteries, alternators, starters, and wiring
• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/Vocational Course/College Level/College Graduate
• With an NCII in Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (DomRAC) is an advantage
• Proven experience as an auto electrical/aircon technician, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the industry
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical and air conditioning systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and HVAC issues
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Can drive light vehicle and has Professional Valid driver's license
