Treasury Associate

About the role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a talented Treasury Associate to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's finances and ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury function.

What you'll be doing

• Performing cash management duties, including processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring cash flow
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
• Maintaining and updating treasury records and systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial objectives of the company
• Providing support in managing the company's investment portfolio and foreign exchange activities
• Participating in the implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with treasury management principles and best practices
