treasury associate/cashier

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to accept payments, issue original and collection receipts, answer inquiries, ensure that prices and data are accurate, process refunds, and provide helpful information to customers and suppliers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
2. Issues Original Receipt and collection receipt upon payment of the customer.
3. Ensures that all cash or check sales of the day be deposited in the bank the next banking day.
4. Prepares deposit slips per receipts.
5. Issues check or check voucher for payment of under agencies employees, supplies, electrivity and water consumption, work contract and other company payables.
6. Records disbrusement and receipts to books of account.
7. Monitors banks deposits, receipts and disbursements.
8. Prepares dily cash position report and weekly cash flow time to time.
9. Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
10. Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• A degree in Accounting and any Business Management and Administration

Work Experience:

• At least one (1) year of related experience
