Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design brochures, pamphlets, and posters explaining medical procedures, healthcare tips, and patient guidelines.

  2. Create visually appealing materials that simplify complex medical information for patients and their families.

  3. Design digital and print materials (e.g., flyers, banners, ads) to promote hospital services, events, and campaigns.

  4. Assist with social media graphics and digital content for the hospital's website and online platforms.

  5. Create posters or infographics for safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  6. Design clear, easy-to-read signs and directional materials to help visitors navigate the hospital.

  7. Update and maintain hospital branding across all physical signage.

  8. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and health administrators to design medical charts, diagrams, and illustrations used in medical presentations or patient interactions.

  9. Provide design support for hospital events like health fairs, conferences, and seminars.

  10. Create event branding, including invitations, banners, and stage designs.

  11. Ensure all graphic designs adhere to hospital branding guidelines and industry regulations.

  12. Edit videos or design animations for educational purposes, patient testimonials, or hospital promotional content.

  13. Continuously explore new design trends and tools to enhance the hospital's visual communication efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

  2. Certifications in design, multimedia, or related areas are a plus.

  3. With expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

  4. Familiarity with video editing software for multimedia content (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  5. Knowledge of layout design, typography, and color theory.

  6. Experience in designing for both digital platforms (websites, social media) and print media (brochures, flyers, posters).
