Job Description

As a Revit Designer, you will support project leaders by developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, producing documentation, and ensuring all outputs meet architectural and interior design standards across residential and commercial projects.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design
  • Experience in the Interior Design/Fit-out field (Residential and Commercial)
  • Qualified Architect or Interior Designer
  • Must be capable of independently documenting in Revit
  • Highly skilled in Revit and SketchUp
  • Strong concept design and design development abilities
  • Technical knowledge in developing fit-out details and project documentation
  • Experience working with a collaborative and creative team
  • Ability to confidently coordinate with suppliers and consultants
  • Experience in design and construction of interior design and architectural projects
  • Skilled in 3D Max, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Meet with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas
  • Develop product designs from scratch
  • Present rough drafts and detailed drawings for client approval
  • Ensure all designs meet required standards
  • Blend technique and aesthetics to produce final designs
  • Complete job reports
  • Prepare spatial planning, test-fit, and schematic design schemes
  • Create renderings and design development presentations
  • Prepare construction documentation packages, including drawings
