A Kitchen Staff member prepares food, maintains kitchen hygiene and safety, manages inventory, and supports other culinary team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Key duties include food prep, dishwashing, cleaning workspaces and equipment, assisting chefs, monitoring food supplies, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation:Wash, chop, and portion ingredients, prepare sauces, and assist in cooking dishes according to recipes and chef instructions.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness & Organization:Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, including sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and properly storing equipment and food.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene:Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:Assist with checking inventory levels, restocking supplies, and properly storing delivered food and provisions.
  • Team Collaboration:Work effectively with chefs, cooks, and other staff members to ensure timely and high-quality meal service.
  • Equipment Operation:Safely operate and maintain various kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, and grills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php560.00 per day
