Job Summary

The In-House Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, employees, and customers of Single Tour Corporation (Elite Tee Box). The role includes monitoring activities within the facility, enforcing company rules, and responding to any security or safety concerns in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor entry and exit points of the premises and ensure only authorized persons are allowed inside.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols in all assigned areas, including gaming/simulation areas, offices, storage, and common areas.
  • Observe and report any suspicious persons, activities, or safety hazards to management.
  • Ensure all doors, gates, and sensitive areas (e.g. cash handling areas, storage rooms) are properly secured.
  • Assist in crowd control and maintaining order during peak hours, events, or functions.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies (e.g. accidents, theft, altercations) following company protocols.
  • Write clear and accurate incident reports and log daily activities in the security logbook.
  • Assist in enforcing company rules and regulations (no smoking areas, dress code, restricted zones, etc.).
  • Coordinate with building security or law enforcement when needed.
  • Support CCTV monitoring (if applicable) and report any technical problems to the admin/management.
  • Provide basic assistance to guests and employees, such as directions or escorting when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Preferably with experience as a security guard, in-house security, or related role.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
  • No derogatory record; honest and trustworthy.
  • Good observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, employees, and management.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
