Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an Area Supervisor who will lead and support multiple retail branches, ensuring operational efficiency, team performance, and compliance with company standards. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, implementing effective store strategies, and fostering a productive work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and support multiple stores, including inventory, forecasting, ordering, and reporting.
  • Drive area-level performance by achieving sales targets and profitability KPIs.
  • Boost revenue by monitoring delivery, online ordering, bulk/institutional sales, and special events.
  • Collaborate with store teams to create accurate sales forecasts based on data and market trends.
  • Analyze P&L and cost-to-sales performance to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Recommend and implement sales strategies, pricing policies, and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store visits, competitor checks, and customer service audits.
  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, staff scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies through store audits and coordination with other departments.
  • Coach, motivate, and mentor store teams; conduct weekly meetings to align on goals.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports with recommendations for innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or multi-unit retail management role.
  • Background in a customer-focused, fast-paced retail environment, stock forecasting, inventory management, and supply oversight.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Strong people leadership skills: target setting, performance coaching, and staff development.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and collaborative work ethic.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to report at least once a month, or as needed, at our Head office here in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
