About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Planner to join our Support & Services team. This
role is essential in ensuring client service needs are met through effective planning, rostering,
training, and supervision of Support Workers. You'll also play a key role in maintaining high
standards of customer service, supporting compliance, and helping the organisation deliver reliable,
person-centred care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye
for detail, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage forward rostering, scheduling, and support planning in Visual Care.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and buddy shifts for Support Workers.
Ensure services are covered efficiently, minimising overtime and WHS risks.
Communicate service changes promptly with Clients and Support Workers.
Provide after-hours coordination on a rotational basis.
Maintain accurate client and Support Worker records.
Supervise and support rostering staff when required.
Respond to queries, adverse events, and emergencies in line with AAC guidelines.
About You
You're a confident communicator and problem-solver with strong rostering and scheduling
experience. You can balance multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and are committed to supporting
both clients and staff with professionalism and care.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a rostering or scheduling role.
Previous experience in the disability support or aged care sector (highly regarded).
Experience training or supervising employees.
Strong computer literacy and data management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
