About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Planner to join our Support & Services team. This

role is essential in ensuring client service needs are met through effective planning, rostering,

training, and supervision of Support Workers. You'll also play a key role in maintaining high

standards of customer service, supporting compliance, and helping the organisation deliver reliable,

person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage forward rostering, scheduling, and support planning in Visual Care.

  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and buddy shifts for Support Workers.

  • Ensure services are covered efficiently, minimising overtime and WHS risks.

  • Communicate service changes promptly with Clients and Support Workers.

  • Provide after-hours coordination on a rotational basis.

  • Maintain accurate client and Support Worker records.

  • Supervise and support rostering staff when required.

  • Respond to queries, adverse events, and emergencies in line with AAC guidelines.

About You

You're a confident communicator and problem-solver with strong rostering and scheduling

experience. You can balance multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and are committed to supporting

both clients and staff with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a rostering or scheduling role.

  • Previous experience in the disability support or aged care sector (highly regarded).

  • Experience training or supervising employees.

  • Strong computer literacy and data management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
