Specialist - Dutch

About the Role

Join a global financial institution's multilingual customer care team supporting retail banking operations across Europe. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for delivering high-quality service through written communication.

You'll be part of a team that handles customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and chat-based support, working closely with internal stakeholders. This is not a translation role—it's a customer-facing position where your language skills and attention to detail will directly impact client satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chat-based support to Dutch-speaking customers
• Translate messages between Dutch and English to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries
• Contribute to improving customer experience and service processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong written Dutch and proficient English communication skills
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience (BPO or shared services preferred)
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and resilient under pressure
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Open to obtaining required certifications (e.g., IDD) within the first year
