We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Purchasing Department in managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing products and materials needed by various departments
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and transactions
Process purchase orders and track delivery schedules
Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
