Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling granite stones and marble products. This role involves assisting clients with product inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Attend to client inquiries, provide quotations, and process purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibits, and client meetings.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate, College Level or College Graduate.
- With experience in construction materials or granite stone sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites as needed.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
