Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning. We are presently seeking for Line Equipment Technician who shall be responsible in the maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipments and machines. Main Responsibilities Ensure that safety protocols are observed and practiced all the time. Provide support to production and engineering through maintenance of equipment, tooling and peripherals for uninterrupted operationsof of Mircrowave Systems Assembly Line. Help and work hand-in-hand with production in ensuring that production KPI's are consistently met. Works closely with Assembly Engineering for the improvement of Assembly and Test Systems. Perform regular Preventive Maintenance activities to the assigned equipment. Utilize problem solving tools (i.e. Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D, FMEA and others) to correct equipment issues and recommend actions to improve its condition. Job Qualifications Industrial Technology Graduate or College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electronics/Mechanical) Must know how to use basic diagnostic equipment/tools like DMM Can perform mechanical and electrical/electronics systems troubleshooting and repairs. Can recommend design improvement to any equipment, tooling and peripheral used in Microwave Systems production to improve functional performance and their usage safety.
