This is a 1-year full-time contractual role. Salary: P125,000 to P150,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)What are we looking for? Skills Required:Formal qualifications in cloud infrastructure or related field, including certifications in Azure and AWS (nice to have).

Experience working in an MSP delivering excellent service outcomes.Experience with automation-first principles. Knowledge of IT security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI, CIS.Understanding of SLAs and support models. Experience with support ticketing systems.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, databases (MySQL, MSSQL), storage, and backup solutions. Linux and Windows system administration and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of internet backbone technologies like DNS, TLS, TCP/IP, CDN.Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab, Azure DevOps.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python. Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Opsgenie. Experience with routine maintenance tasks like patch management, backups, reporting.

Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019 installation, configuration, migration. Understanding of firewall and intrusion prevention systems. Nice to

Have:Experience in retail, financial, healthcare, or tourism sectors. Experience with Zendesk ticketing system. Scripting for automation and API integration.

Experience with Cloudflare. Experience supporting Datadog monitoring and alerting. Datadog Certifications:Datadog FundamentalsLog Management FundamentalsAPM and Distributed Tracing FundamentalsAdditional Experience:Working with Confluence.

Administering Zero-Trust networks.Understanding SIEM technologies. What will you do? Technical SupportManage & monitor service desk tickets per contracts and SLAs.

Complete assigned tasks within client SLAs. Perform daily support activities: monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution. Proactively monitor client cloud environments for performance, reliability, security.

Develop and implement services to enhance client cloud environment security and reliability. Assist senior engineers on complex projects as needed. Support security risk mitigation in cloud infrastructure.

Maintain strong security measures in client cloud setups. Document support tasks and client environments for team knowledge sharing. Client SupportProvide updates to clients via Account Managers.

Maintain accurate client data in approved systems. Manage client expectations and gather feedback. Escalate client satisfaction issues appropriately.

OperationsFollow ticketing and time-keeping protocols. Assist in process improvements and system performance assessments. Research and troubleshoot application errors.
