This role ensures high availability, performance, and reliability of server systems while leading a team of administrators. The position requires expertise in server technologies, virtualization, cloud environments, and security best practices. The candidate must have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and is analytical, technologically savvy, and solutions and process-focused.

Your ResponsibilitiesLeading the administration, configuration, and optimization of on-premises and cloud-based server environments. Developing and enforcing server policies, security standards, and best practices. Monitoring server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.

Managing server patching, updates, and lifecycle management and overseeing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Collaborating with security teams to implement and maintain server security measures. QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 4 years of experience in security operations and systems support or server administration role.

Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba). Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server security principles and experience with automation tools such as Terraform. Experience developing patching schedules and automation scripts for efficient update deployment.
