Job responsibilities

Client and business development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients, often within a specific industry or market segment.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

Sales process management

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight product benefits and tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales project lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-sale follow-up.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide ongoing support and product knowledge to clients throughout the sales process.

Hard skills

  • Project management: The ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects is essential for managing the sales cycle and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Technical knowledge: A deep understanding of the product or service is crucial for demonstrating features and benefits to clients.
