We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an experience in a BPO setting handling voice accounts (at least managing 40-60 inbound or outbound calls per day).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting call targets.
  • Document interactions and follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a voice account.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and start ASAP.
  • Proficiency in handling high call volumes.
