  1. Review accounts payable vouchers, fund transfer, and check vouchers generated by the senior accounting associate – account payable ensuring that journal entries are correct

  2. Bank Reconciliation

  3. Review costing entries generated by the senior accounting associate – cost by checking on the GP rate versus budget. Any usual fluctuation is investigated.

  4. Generate monthly actual profit & loss (P&L) per store/batching plant areas/crushing plant areas and balance sheet per company. Analyzes each profit & loss account, ensuring that all costs are booked based on actual documents and accrued based on budgeted amounts. Endorsed P&L and balance sheet to the Accounting Manager.

  5. Review all reports submitted by the team and ensure the correctness of bookings on the Accounting System (Microsoft Navision).

  6. Finalize Financial Statement reports before submission

  7. Preparation of Monthly Opcom Report

  8. Reconciliation of Rental Balances

  9. Updating and enforcing of Accounting policies

  10. Workshop checking of Service Invoices Gain/Loss

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
