Job Description:
- Answers questions from clients about service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Creates summary of information of the case needed for assessing and evaluation
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials
- Monitors, coordinates, and communicates strategic objectives of the business.
- Collaborates and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to the clients
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
- Performs other functions/duties as deemed necessary by the Company Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in Visa Processing or Travel Assistance for at least 6 mos
- Basic Computer Skills: Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills
- Can WORK under minimal supervision
- Highly Trainable
- Can write & speak in English.
- Can perform multi-tasks with ease
- Can handle pressure
- Hard-working
- Background with Ticketing experience and Travel Insurance is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
