Job Description:

  • Ensure that safety protocols are observed and practiced all the time.
  • Provide support to production and engineering through maintenance of equipment, tooling and peripherals for uninterrupted operationsof of Mircrowave Systems Assembly Line.
  • Help and work hand-in-hand with production in ensuring that production KPI's are consistently met.
  • Works closely with Assembly Engineering for the improvement of Assembly and Test Systems.
  • Perform regular Preventive Maintenance activities to the assigned equipment.
  • Utilize problem solving tools (i.e. Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D, FMEA and others) to correct equipment issues and recommend actions to improve its condition.

Job Qualifications:

  • Industrial Technology Graduate or College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electronics/Mechanical).
  • Must know how to use basic diagnostic equipment/tools like DMM.
  • Can perform mechanical and electrical/electronics systems troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Can recommend design improvement to any equipment, tooling and peripheral used in Microwave Systems production to improve functional performance and their usage safety.
  • Good working behavior and attitude
  • Good communication skills, with initiative and has a mindset for continuous learning
