Job Description

As an SLM Coordinator, you'll oversee sales and leasing management processes-from document verification to move coordination-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every step. Your efforts will directly support U.S.-based communities and homeowners with professionalism and precision.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Must be able to work night shift
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Excellent English-language communication skills
  • Comfortable relaying questions or concerns clearly
  • High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Apps

Your Daily Tasks

  • Process sales and refinancing documents through Homewise and Ticket Requests
  • Transfer unit ownership and post title checks after sale
  • Approve and coordinate moves and deliveries
  • Record leases and tenants' information
  • Approve leases for selected associations
  • Take phone calls for Sales, Leasing, and Moves
