Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
1+ years of work experience in an upmarket or high-volume restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Completion of product knowledge training, and written and verbal exams.
Proficient with maintaining a solid customer base.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Physically fit, agile, and dexterous.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Proficient time-management skills.
Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
Collecting payments whether in cash or credit card
Issue receipts, refunds, change, and voids
Redeem stamps and coupons
Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Provide excellent customer services
Greet customers and present menus
Make suggestions based on their preferences
Take and serve food/drinks orders
Up-sell when appropriate
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
