JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design and maintain accurate, consistent, and efficient data models.
  • Manage the selection, deployment, and oversight of data storage solutions.
  • Implement data integration processes for seamless system connectivity.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, privacy, and compliance policies.
  • Maintain clear data documentation, including dictionaries, lineage, and metadata.
  • Optimize data systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Partner with teams to deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging data technologies and assess their applicability.
  • Mentor and support data team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; CDMP or CISSP a plus.
  • Skilled in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
  • Strong grasp of database architecture, storage, replication, and clustering.
  • Knowledgeable in data governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Experienced with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
  • Familiar with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase).
  • Proficient with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in database optimization, indexing, and query performance.
  • Strong in technical documentation and data architecture diagrams.
