Job Title: Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to join our team. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and finance. You will assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and organization of accounting records.
  • Monitor and process expense reports, petty cash, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course.
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday and can start immediately.
