ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Does

i. Support and optimize existing data pipelines to ensure that the downstream SLAs are met

ii. Ensures the data are reviewed, complete, accurate and have valid values

iii. Responsible for accurately inputting, updating and maintaining information into databases and spreadsheets

iv. Supports Data Management; Working with colleagues to resolve data inconsistencies and clarify data requirements; provide recommendation on how to streamline

v. Gather data requirements coming from various teams

vi. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy

B. Displays

i. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset when spotting inconsistencies or errors in data outputs

ii. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

iii. Problem Solving: Accountability in owning the quality of deliverables and rigorously following through with defect resolution.

C. Delivers

i. Data Delivery Documentations – Timely, Accurate, Valid and Complete Data Input, Review and Resolution

ii. Optimize Data Entry

iii. Project delivery and operations support

QUALIFICATIONS:

● At least 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Collection and Research

● A basic understanding of database structure can be helpful for efficient data management

● Proficiency in data modeling, data integrations, data quality, and data architecture is a plus

● The ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions

● Being able to adapt to different data entry systems and procedures

● Essential soft skills include attention to details, strong organizational skills, time management and effective communication

● The ability to organize and manage large amounts of data

● The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and resolve data-related issues
