Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the structural design and optimization of gaming equipment (such as gaming tables, Drop Ball machines, Pachinko, roulette, dice shakers, etc.), ensuring precision, stability, and safety.
  • Participate in the development of new gaming equipment, formulate structural solutions and assembly processes, and deliver complete structural design drawings and BOM lists.
  • Design mechanical transmission components, ball-drop trajectories, fine-tuning platforms, glass covers, and other structural parts based on game requirements to ensure randomness and fairness.
  • Assist in optimizing production processes, including material selection, machining processes (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, woodworking, etc.), and assembly standardization.
  • Responsible for prototype fabrication and verification, resolving issues related to structure, precision, and durability.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and manufacturers to conduct quality control of structural components and provide technical support.
  • Participate in product maintenance and improvement, proposing structural optimization solutions to extend equipment service life.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Precision Instruments, or related fields.(Must Have)
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical structural design; experience with gaming equipment, arcade machines, precision machinery, or consumer electronics is preferred.
  • Proficient in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE, UG, or Catia, and familiar with engineering drawing standards.(Must Have)
  • Familiar with commonly used materials (steel, aluminum alloy, acrylic, tempered glass, wood, plastics) and their manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledgeable in precision assembly, vibration damping, wear resistance, deformation-resistant engineering methods, and capable of independently conducting structural simulation and stress analysis.
  • Strong hands-on ability, capable of participating in prototype debugging and providing technical guidance on the production line.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and equipped with good teamwork and cross-department communication skills.

Plus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in designing gaming tables, Pachinko machines, slot machines, arcade machines, or entertainment equipment.
  • Familiarity with randomness principles and anti-cheating structural design.
  • Experience working overseas or collaborating with cross-national teams.
  • Experience in designing three-point fine-tuning platforms and optical glass structural components.
