Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to take and record product orders.

Promote and recommend products to increase sales volume and meet customer needs.

Ensure correct booking of orders in the system and timely submission to sales office.

Monitor product availability, pricing, and merchandising in assigned accounts.

Conduct basic trade checks to ensure accurate order-taking and detect potential issues (stock-outs, returns, competitor activity).

Implement trade promotions and merchandising activities according to company guidelines.

Coordinate with delivery team/van salesman to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of booked orders.

Manage account relationships by addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.

Collect feedback from the market and relay information to sales supervisor/management.

Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, returns, and collections (if applicable).

Safeguard company materials such as order forms, gadgets, and promotional items.
