About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia Artist with strong skills in video editing and animation to join our growing team. This role combines visual design, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling to produce engaging and impactful content for digital, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded creative professional who can bring ideas to life through both static and motion visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visual materials including social media graphics, web assets, presentations, print materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Create engaging video content, short-form edits, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and digital ads.
  • Develop 2D animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling visuals and videos.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Edit and optimize photos, videos, and animations for different platforms and formats.
  • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with current design, motion, and video trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Artist, or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and motion design.
  • Experience creating social media videos, animated graphics, and promotional content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand alignment across multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design or prototyping tools such as Figma or Canva.
  • Experience with sound design, voiceovers, or basic video scripting.
  • Creative storytelling and copy awareness to enhance video narratives.
