Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong eye for design? We're looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to support our U.S.-based partner with day-to-day graphic needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting digital mockups, vectorizing logos, and preparing visual content that aligns with brand guidelines—all while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy in every output.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and offer clear, effective solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create logos and innovative artwork and develop pre-production artwork.
• Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and edit photos to enhance visuals.
• Engage in typesetting and layout design.
• Design website mockups with compelling images.
• Create item templates and redraw items using specifications and photos.
• Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities.
• Review the final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Work closely with clients' ideas and manage their expectations.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar design-focused role.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. business hours.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Strong visual aesthetic and design trend awareness.
