FT Fee Specialist

Philippines Outsourced Full time $20,000 - $30,000 per year
  • Take/Place calls from/to Social Security Disability offices/Payment Centers/VA;
  • Review/process incoming fee mail/faxes;
  • Prepare time records for Social Security cases;
  • Prepare fee petition forms and submit to appropriate SS office & copy client;
  • Prepare appeal letters on cases where fees were reduced;
  • Prepare appeal forms on cases where NA/other fee documents are inaccurate;
  • Check Fee Agreement Order for proper fee decisions (denials/approvals)
  • Prepare and send request for overpayment letters when necessary;
  • Handle and complete daily tasks in Prevail;
  • Follow up on payments from clients when necessary;
  • Any additional tasks as needed to properly manage cases;
  • Miscellaneous duties assigned by the supervisor as they may occur.

Work Location
  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
