About the role

Join the fast-paced residential leasing team at Centro Supersales Inc. as a full-time Leasing Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our experienced leasing agents, helping to drive the continued expansion of our portfolio of rental properties in Maramag, Bukidnon. You will work closely with both prospective tenants and property owners to ensure a seamless and efficient leasing experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries from prospective tenants, matching them with suitable rental properties
2. Schedule and conduct property viewings, liaising with both tenants and landlords
3. Assist with the drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements and other legal documentation
4. Coordinate the move-in and move-out process for tenants, ensuring a smooth transition
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to leasing activities
6. Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords
7. Support the wider Residential Leasing & Property Management team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience in a customer service, sales or administrative role, ideally within the property or real estate industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
4. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
5. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems
6. A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
