Branch Service Associate in Urdaneta, Pangasinan Branch

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.      Daily –

· Acceptance of Payment and Issuance of Official Receipt

· Handling of Operating Fund and Petty Cash Fund

· Sending email of logsheet

· Custodian of Check Issued at H.O.

· Encoding and Transmitting of Submitted Application

· Granting of Financing for DEP ED accounts

· Policy Servicing

· Observance of Office Decorum

B.      Periodic – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

· Mailing of applications and other documents for distribution to Head Office.

C.      Periodic – Weekly

· Replenishment of Operating Fund (CA-1)

· Mails hard copy of DCR

· Submission of inventory checks prepared at H.O.

D.      Periodic – Monthly

· Submission of Report

· Preparation of Transmittal of Unclaimed check

· Company Representative to DEP ED Regional Office

E.      Periodic – Quarterly

· Preparation of inventory of Fixed Assets

F.      Occassional

· Printing of proposal as requested by the agents and commission analysis of the agent

· Monitoring of Agent's Promissory Notes for Cash Advances

· Acceptance of post dated checks

· Handling of Provisional Receipts

· Assistance to BM and Agents

· Custodian of Company Properties

· Processing of Business Permit

· Recording and Filing

Other tasks that may be assigned by from time to time as employee of Fortune Life Insurance Co., Inc related to servicing of customers (agents, policyholders and co-workers)

Qualifications:

· Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA Financial Management or finance related course, knowledgeable in cash handling

· Results oriented with administration skills, honest, trustworthy, committed and focused

· With good communication skills, Bookkeeping, Customer Service & Computer skills

· Must be punctual, prompt in submission of reports, conscious in her daily activities in the office

· Applicants with relevant work experience will be given preference
