Role: WAREHOUSE STAFF

IKID is dedicated to providing efficient and accurate eCommerce fulfillment by ensuring seamless warehouse operations. The Warehouse Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of order picking, inspection, packing, and dispatch. This position supports inbound, stock management, housekeeping, and other warehouse tasks to deliver timely and accurate deliveries, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Accurately pick items based on order sheets and system prompts
  • Conduct quality inspection of items before packing
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery
  • Dispatch orders on time according to schedule and priorities

B. Inventory & Warehouse Support

  • Assist with inbounding stock, including receiving, labeling, and storing products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area (housekeeping)
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks such as assisting with returns, cycle counts, or other operational duties

Work Type and Location:

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays to Saturdays
  • Type: On-site
  • Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Tatalon, Quezon City
