Your Role:

• Process Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate coding and timely approvals.
• Prepare and reconcile UK bank accounts, including FX transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany journals.
• Assist in preparation of VAT returns and compliance reports.
• Support the month-end close process by providing schedules and reconciliations.
• Liaise with UK suppliers, auditors, and internal project managers as needed.
• Support AU with vendor set up, AP support in Australia, etc.

What You Need:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
• Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and VAT compliance.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP system.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Exposure to UK VAT reporting and multi-currency environments.
• Experience working in a project-based or service industry
