Position: Global HR Officer – US (Hybrid)

Company Industry: BPO Company

Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Salary Offer: Php40,000-Php100,000

Work Schedule: Graveyard Schedule

Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up (2x onsite)

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree holder

With at least 2 years' experience in US Payroll, Tax, and employee benefits

Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift

Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze, draft, and complete the required tax registrations for every jurisdiction and tax location.

Review payroll transmission-related tax files and transfers on a regular basis.

Keep an eye out for and take care of tax notices, errors, and inconsistencies; if issues are discovered, work with vendors to resolve them.

Contribute to the ongoing review and audit of employee tax records

Maintain a regular reconciliation of all pertinent taxes and adjustments.

As a subject matter expert (SME), investigate and resolve various tax-related issues.

Mentor other staff members if necessary.

When necessary, provide assistance and/or backup to the Senior Payroll Tax Coordinators.

Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
