The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort during the assigned shift. This role serves as the management representative on duty, ensuring smooth operations, quality guest service, staff coordination, and compliance with company policies in a small resort with a 30-room capacity.

The Duty Manager supervises all on-duty operational areas, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage (F&B). The role requires hands-on involvement in guest services from check-in to check-out, monitoring service flow, cleanliness, and operational readiness across all departments.

The Duty Manager handles guest concerns, ensures safety and security compliance, supports staff performance, and maintains clear communication between departments. The position also requires flexibility and willingness to be trained and cross-trained in other departments as operational needs require.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
