Network Engineer – Advanced Technical Network Design

We are hiring a Network Engineer – Advanced Technical Network Design (ATND) to support our telecom client in performing network analysis, audit, design, optimization, and technical consultancy. The role covers RAN, Transport, Core, OM, and Services Networks, contributing to both pre-sales and service delivery activities.

You will work with advanced analytics, automation, and ML tools to improve network performance and deliver high-quality technical outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, audit, design, and optimize telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/5G SA/NSA).
  • Support pre-sales teams with technical insights and solution discussions.
  • Utilize automation, analytics, and ML tools to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in IP RAN and IP Transport (IPBB, Metro Ethernet, Microwave).
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer presentations.
  • Identify improvement areas and propose resolutions across multiple network domains.
  • Participate in complex NDO (Network Design & Optimization) projects.
  • Develop basic scripts using open-source programming languages to automate small manual tasks.
  • Apply intelligent data usage and new analytics tools for network optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and workplace well-being standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years telecom experience (vendor or service provider).
  • Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
  • Expertise in IP RAN and deep knowledge of IP Transport (IPBB, CEN/Metro Ethernet, Microwave).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.
  • Experience using analytics tools and frameworks.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python); able to create simple automation scripts.
  • IP certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA/JNCIP).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Customer-focused with strong consulting and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php53,000.00 per month
