They operate under a portfolio of multiple brands and are committed to providing high-quality welding equipment, consumables, and parts to support professionals from fabricators and welding shops to independent trades and retail outlets.  They're now looking for a Multimedia Graphics Specialist to be their creative lead and manage marketing materials across print, digital, packaging, and video. What You'll Be Doing   Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you will support strategic marketing campaigns and day-to-day content needs across multiple brands. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Create visually compelling marketing collateral, including catalogues, flyers, brochures, signage, and sales materials.
  • Produce and edit a high volume of video content, including monthly 3-5 minute explainer videos and weekly 30-second short-form videos for product launches and social media.
  • Design all primary product assets, including packaging layouts, dielines, barcodes, mockups, and ensure brand-compliant merchandising standards.
  • Maintain and Refresh website visual assets such as banners, infographics, and edited product photography.
  • Manage recurring marketing projects, including bi-monthly 4-page catalogues and annual promotional items.
  • Format and Convert internal documentation, user manuals, and certificates, applying branded templates for both print and web-ready use.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven, high-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Proven experience designing professional catalogues, packaging, and print/digital advertising materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and deliver both short-form and long-form video content.
  • A solid understanding of layout, branding, typography, and prepress production standards.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement.
  Bonus Points For
  • Experience with product photography editing and photo retouching.
  • Familiarity with marketing asset creation in a B2B and multi-brand environment.
  • Exposure to trade marketing, promotional signage, and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
